Rustic savoy cabbage and celeriac soup served with bread
Pork sharing platter – pork medallion, black pudding terrine, braised pork cheek, chorizo sausage, sweet and sour white cabbage and apple puree
Crayfish, lemon sole and spinach terrine with remoulade sauce, toasted ciabatta
Purple sprouting broccoli, gorgonzola and red pepper flan with wild rocket and radicchio
MAIN COURSE
Tomahawk steak (French trimmed rib steak on the bone) to share with Oyster mushrooms, roasted shallots, duo of sauces and hand cut chips (add £5 supplement)
Basil corn-fed chicken with sun-blushed tomato and pesto cream linguine
Chunky cod wrapped in Parma ham with puy lentil cassoulet and rocket salsa verde
