If your chef was at Hintlesham Hall and the Riverside, I would have sampled his cooking in the past. Now I realise why the fare was so good. Well done and I shall be back . Also fascinated about Eilir's time on a super yacht and would love to chat about that on my next visit. Good luck. Major Chris.
